Monday Lookback – Blogmas Day 21.

Blogmas went well.
I got up to the middle of last week, then I was SO busy that I just couldn’t.
But at least I tried.
Well, what happened last week?
Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens happened. No seriously, my entire week pretty much revolved around that film. Meeting the stars, Watching the film, talking about the film, watching it again, listening to the score…
I am going to do a full post about the premiere in a few more days. I want to talk about the film so I am giving people as much time to see it as I can so I don’t spoil it for them.
But safe to say  I loved it. It was everything I wanted and more.

A VERY excited Mark Hamill!

Monday and Tuesday were normal everyday work days. On Wednesday I went to the premiere and had an awesome time, then stayed awake till 5am watching the film at a midnight screening. It’s safe to say that Thursday I was like the walking dead at work.
Until I post my blog here are a few pictures that I took. I shall link the blog once I have published it HERE!
Although if you follow me on social media I am sure you have seen all the pictures already.

Now I am thinking about it I honestly didn’t do much that wasn’t Force Awakens related.

The hat stayed on for about two songs before I was melting…

Friday morning I was up for a 6.30 Christmas themed spinning class, my last gym class of the year as the whole place is being renovated. Doing a hill climb to Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas is something I never thought I would do.
I went to see The Force Awakens again on Friday before hitting the shops to do some last minute festive shopping. Apart from mum’s present I am done and wrapped now.
Saturday was more work. As it was the last Saturday before Christmas I avoided going anywhere on my lunch break  as I work in central London and it would have been horrific. While the commute was dead, I noticed that even at 9.30 London was already heaving.
On Sunday I cooked!
Actually cooked.

I made Roasted Celeriac and Apple Soup from scratch, with Sorted Food and Tesco’s help.
It was a fun, if slightly messy experience, helped along with cider and after eight chocolates.

Look how proud I am. It wasn’t bad either!
There is my last week. The two main things I did are going to be bigger posts later this week so all in all I really didn’t do that much.
I shall leave you with a picture that was used in lots of newspapers of me and my friends waiting for the premiere to begin.
Until later my friends!
Love Amanda xx
