The Big 3-0.

I turn 30 next year.

This doesn’t scare me too much to be honest- but it is a great excuse to have an amazing party.

I spent my 25th and 28th birthday in the Florida Keys with my best friends. We had a few days in Orlando, before heading down to Key Largo for my birthday and we were in Key West for my best friends birthday. ( so a double party!!)  Continue reading

Sunday at the Stanfords Travel Writers Festival.

The Destinations Travel Show was held at Kensington Olympia from the 4th till the 7th of February. The vast hall contained over 550 travel brands for you to peruse at your hearts content. That’s if you weren’t distracted by the plethora of talks, performances and food.

The main reason I attended was to go to as many talks as possible at the Stanfords Travel Writers Festival. I am a travel procrastinator extraordinaire. Monday Look Back Week 16.

Good afternoon from a VERY blustery and wet London.

Bad Jews opens tonight for a quick six-week run. It’s nice to have people back in the theatre, even if it is a very small cast. I am looking forward to catching it at some point in the next few weeks. (after I have maxed out my Cineworld card catching up on all the films I’ve missed)

Isn’t our auditorium pretty…

Beach holidays in the school breaks are always super expensive. I don’t know how companies get away with upping the cost of holidays that if you booked during term time would be cheap. It makes travel often so unobtainable for families with children in school. And whilst there are so many places to see in the UK, sometimes you need to get away to a hot country with a beach. I know that when I eventually have children, I will try and go away as much as I can before they start school.
